Ingredients:

2 boneless rib eye steaks, 1 inch thick (about 12 ounces each)
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 large russet potatoes, cut lengthwise into 8 wedges each
1 tablespoon minced green onion
Sour cream and onion sauce (recipe below) (optional)

2 tablespoons smoked or Spanish paprika
1-1/2 teaspoon sugar
1-1/2 teaspoons chili powder
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper

  1.  Firstly combine seasoning ingredients in a small bowl; Remove and keep two tablespoons. Finally Press remaining seasoning evenly over beef steaks. Sit aside. Also combine the reserved seasonings, oil, and salt in a large bowl. Lastly Add potatoes toss to coat.
  2. Secondly lay the steaks on the grid over medium-sized coals covered with ash than Furthermore arrange the potatoes around the steaks. Grill steaks, covered, 10 to 14 minutes (over medium heat on preheated gas stove, 9 to 14 minutes) to medium-rare (145°F) to medium (160°F) or stirring occasionally for the last. Roast potatoes 14 to 17 minutes (over medium heat on a preheated gas grill, 13 to 15 minutes) or until tender, turning occasionally.
  3.  Thirdly cut the steaks into strips or season with salt as desired. Sprinkle green onions over the potatoes. Serve the potatoes with sour cream and onion sauce for dipping as desired. Sour cream and onion sauce: Combine ½ cup of sour cream with 2 tablespoons of chopped green onions.as desired. Yield: 1/2 cup
